MasterMind Groups: Harmonious Success s2

MasterMind Series episode 2:

Group Harmony
Group Harmony

What is a Mastermind Group?

Originally from Andrew Carnegie with Interview by Napoleon Hill:  2 or more minds come together to form the MasterMind:

There is synergy of energy,  excitement, and commitment amongst the participants brought to a Mastermind Group. Participants raise the bar by challenging each other to create and implement goals, brainstorm ideas, and support each other. Mastermind participants act in harmony for growth, devil’s advocates and support.

A Series for a Successful MasterMind Group:   The Shortcut to attaining your desires.

This series requires that YOU maintain a practice and maintain a positive attitude: No Matter the situation. Accusatory statements transform into questions that help others to change their current harmful path.  The Major Group Objective is the only goal.   The harmony of the team is more important than the level of their experience.

Meet problems with positive enthusiasm:

Problems that can be solved should be addressed Immediately.  Problems that can not be solved are put to the side and forgotten.   As you continuously solve the possible you will find it opens doors to other paths that we will continuously take until that forgotten problem is 2 streets over and no longer needed.   The mastermind alliance works towards the same goals and as such enjoys stimulus from several positive subconsciouses working for us.  As the alliance grows we will come to understand each other.

The convergence of Minds creates the one additional MasterMind

The Group conscious is employed to keep everyone working towards the honorable and esteemed goals, bypassing any individual slip up towards a short cut. The MasterMind is the additional mind that results from everyone discussing one another’s business. For example, if there are five people in the group, then a sixth mind is created, in that some or all of them will think of things that they would not have thought of on their own.

There is no personal reward:   We work for each other and the community at large

This type of team-based reward offers its members enhanced gains in knowledge and accelerated rewards in time and effort.  It encourages each member to work together, reach common goals, minimize expenses, and reach targets that will help the mastermind achieve the greatest profit. This is not to say there will be no personal reward, it is just not the primary goal.  An increase to the bottom line equals an increase to each others compensation.

Actions of the Group:

The right attitude is, “What can I give?” The wrong attitude is, “What can I get?”  In groups, of any kind, where members are trying to outgive one another, the level of success is absolutely astounding!

You simply have each person talk about their previous commitments.  How did they get and who on the team did they speak with when they got stuck (Acknowledge Help)  for 10 or 15 minutes to begin.  Each takes his/her turn. As each is discussed, others will get ideas on how to solve the problems mentioned.

Goals of the Group:  (Here)

Our Masterminds Group was created as a place to join and collaborate with other business minded entrepreneurs, leaders, network marketers, affiliate marketers. We are a marketing masterminds group that has formed an alliance with a diverse team of marketing beginners! Starting with social networks and then onwards toward several other marketing and advertising venues.
